Q: What is the Associa Advantage Network?

A: The Associa Advantage Network is a unique program in association management that provides significant savings on household goods and services used by our homeowners and associations across the country.

Q: How does it work?

A: By leveraging the national purchasing power of Associa, we are able to negotiate extraordinary savings on household goods and services commonly used by our clients.

Q: What does it cost?

A: Associa Advantage is FREE and VOLUNTARY and is available to Associa-managed associations and their homeowners, as well as Associa’s employees and affiliate organizations.

Q: What types of services are offered in the program?

A: Many of our service providers are icons in their industry. They include Lowes, Pro-Link, Eagle One, Sunrun, SkyMed, Sherwin Williams, HD Supply, DoodyCalls, 1-800-GOT-JUNK, Bulbs.com, and many more.

Q: Are all of the vendors national, or do you allow regional and local vendors?

A: National, regional, and local vendors from any industry are welcome to participate. Recommendations can be sent to aainfo@associaonline.com.

Q: What products are available in the Associa Advantage Network?

A: Products range from paint to pest control, carpet to cabinets, and garage doors to gutters. We also provide discounts and savings to over 3,000 retailers through the Associa Online Shopping Network. Register at www.associaadvantage.com to see the goods and services available in your market.

Q: What if I don’t have a computer?

A: Simply call our Customer Service Center toll free at (877) 585-GOAA with a list of goods or services needed, and we can help make the contacts with the correct vendor.

Q: Does Associa make money with this Network?

A: Yes. Our trade partners pay a small marketing commission per transaction, which helps to defray the cost of program administration, IT support, website with online magazine, and advertising. There is no set formula, and marketing commissions may or may not be achieved in negotiations.

Given the highly positive feedback and value of the program to our clients and homeowners, it is our ultimate goal to “return” our management fee to the client in the form of operational savings through Associa Advantage and other Associa cost savings programs – something no other management company does!

Q: How do I begin using Associa Advantage?

A: To start using Associa Advantage, simply go to www.associaadvantage.com. Click on the “Start Savings” tab, and begin the registration process. Here you will create your own unique Username and Password for future visits. Enter your zip code, and a list of goods and services in your area will appear.
